Everything goes to [email protected]. A person reads it, usually within a couple of days. It's also the address the wire sends from, so replying to any issue reaches us too.

Corrections

The matrix is only useful while it's right. If a cell disagrees with a vendor's docs (a field we're missing, one they've dropped, a wrong type), send the page link and what you expected to find. The extractors reread the docs on a schedule, so a wrong cell usually means a source moved, and a link lets us fix the extractor rather than just the cell.

Subscriptions and billing

Every issue of the wire carries its own unsubscribe and billing links, and those are faster than email: Stripe handles the money, so cancellations and card changes happen in their portal, not our inbox. If a link is broken or a charge looks wrong, email us and we'll sort it out.

New tools

Tracking a tool means writing extractors against its docs, so we add the ones people actually configure agents with. If yours is missing, say which tool and which of its components matter to you.
